The Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) has formally launched the “World’s Biggest Giveaway,” their biggest worldwide promotion for 2025. This year-long program, which was unveiled on November 5, 2024, at World Travel Mart (WTM) in London, would give out 52 free holidays, one for every week in 2025, beginning on 1st January 2025.
Through a series of monthly social media competitions on Visit Maldives’ platforms, this exciting campaign will come to life. Four fortunate winners will be chosen each month to receive amazing raffle items. With a focus on the various segments like romance, luxury, family, diving, and other alluring segments for which the Maldives is known, these 52 competitions will highlight the Maldives’ varied offerings, from immaculate beaches and a lively culture to exhilarating diving adventures and opulent retreats.
Through active social media engagement, the World’s Biggest Giveaway Campaign seeks to build a community of travel lovers and enhance the Maldives’ reputation as a top tourist destination worldwide. People from all over the world are encouraged to take part in this global project, which gives them the opportunity to discover the Maldives’ distinctive attractions, get a personal look at its varied offerings, and help promote the Maldives as a year-round travel destination. In order to boost reservations even more, it also seeks to give prospective tourists insightful information about the Maldives’ varied tourism options.
