SAMANA Developers, a real estate firm based in Dubai, has made its debut in branded homes with the unveiling of a $598 million luxury project in the Maldives (pictured above is SAMANA Mykonos at Dubai Studio City, Dubai).
The 507,651 square foot, 190-key property will have poolside apartments, over-water bungalows, and beachfront villas.
SAMANA Ocean Views, a project designed by ELIE SAAB, is situated 45 minutes by seaplane from Malé or 20 minutes by speedboat from Hanimaadhoo Airport. In 2029, completion is anticipated.
A spa and wellness center, a variety of eating options, including Arabic and Japanese restaurants, a dive center, and water sports facilities are just a few of the amenities that SAMANA Ocean Views will provide. A fitness center, several swimming pools, and family-friendly entertainment options are extra highlights. The project’s design incorporates coral restoration projects, making sustainability a key component.
More than 1,000 units have already been supplied by SAMANA Developers, and 10,000 more are presently being built.
SAMANA Developers’ CEO, Imran Farooq, said the company’s profound knowledge of Dubai’s economy has helped it rise to the position of seventh-largest developer in the city. SAMANA Ocean Views reflects this expertise, creating a destination where luxury, design, and natural beauty converge, he said.
The initiative is an important milestone in the company’s global expansion into exclusive places, according to Elie Saab Jr., CEO of ELIE SAAB Group. He emphasized the Maldives as a significant addition to the group’s expanding portfolio of outstanding ventures in important global destinations.
