As part of a major expansion of its global network, Maldivian direct flights to China have been announced to three major Chinese cities: Beijing, Shanghai, and Chengdu. An important step in enhancing travel relations between the Maldives and China is this strategic route expansion, which comes after the airline just added the Airbus A330-200, its first wide-body aircraft.
The first Maldivian direct flights have already made their way to Chengdu on 22nd January, Beijing on 24th January, and Shanghai on 27th January. - Male’ – Beijing route for $788 return
- Male’ – Shanghai route for $777 return
